30 days holiday + 3 bonus Christmas days

Our holiday allowance reflects our belief that people do their best work when they are well-rested and enjoy a healthy work-life balance. In addition to bank holidays, Liminal is closed for bank holidays and Christmas.

Hybrid working at our London office

We recognise work flexibility is essential. While our office remains open for anyone who prefers an in-person environment, we encourage our team to come in to the London office three days a week.

Enhanced, equal parental leave

Equality is absolutely critical for us at Liminal, which is why we offer equal, enhanced parental leave: six weeks’ full pay for mothers and fathers after one year’s service, and an additional six weeks at 50% after two years. 

Competitive pay, annual bonus

Vitality medical insurance

Agency exchange program

The Fincom Alliance exchange program enables consultants from member agencies to work with partner agencies abroad to gain insight into local markets, strengthen cross-border collaboration, and share best practices across the network.

Office breakfasts and team lunches

At Liminal, we’re real foodies, so it’s no surprise that our favourite way to celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries is with a great meal out. Our office also organises monthly breakfasts, which the team frequently take advantage of.

Gym access & weekly yoga

Our office features an on-site gym equipped with weights, cardio machines, and a dedicated shower and changing area. To support wellness, they organise a weekly sessions of yoga.

We are a dog-friendly office

Love bringing your dog to work? So do we. If you’ve got a canine companion at home and would like them by your side during the workday, you’re in luck, our office is dog-friendly.
