The Let Them Theory, by Mel Robbins came out earlier this year and was praised by Oprah as “one of the best self-help books” she’s ever read, so I had to give it a go. The book offers valuable insights for both your personal and professional life. If you often find yourself trying to manage, support, or even make others happy, this book introduces a two-step approach to help you break that cycle and regain your own autonomy.

✅ Step two: Let Me — Focus on what you can control: your own thoughts and actions. 

I’ve already started using some of Mel’s tips to work better with others and stay positive and focused. It’s a great read if you’re looking for a new way to tackle challenges with a little less stress.
